Situated overlooking the Plym Estuary we secured this office building from the NHS unconditionally in 2018 and spent 15 months converting it into 6 spacious 2 double bedroom apartments with lift and allocated parking.

The project won an award for the best conversion of a building into residential in the Plymouth LABC awards in late 2019. Similar office blocks required with residential potential.
