Despite being overlooked by the planning authority although an obvious extension to the settlement, we have submitted a robust, viable and deliverable scheme for 52 units in the Dartmoor National Park local plan consultation period. We will deliver 23 desperately needed affordable homes (52 families are currently on the waiting list) with very little housing provided over the last 10 years and nothing of note in the current planning pipeline. We await the inspectors decision in late 2021.
