We secured this redundant Surgery unconditionally from the NHS in 2019.

Despite the usual planning challenges (exacerbated by the Pandemic) we achieved permission to convert the building into 10 spacious apartments over 4 floors.   Work thankfully was allowed to continue throughout the lockdown and in April 2021 the building was officially opened by Kevin Foster MP for Torbay.

The apartments are to be retained in our investment portfolio and have all let as soon as they are marketed – a sign of the quality of the project!
