Initially a long term pub investment secured at auction with the uppers having been poorly converted by the previous owner and condemned by the planners. We totally refurbished the building into 7 luxury apartments which we have added to our rental portfolio.

With the pub no longer fit for purpose we submitted planning to convert the ground floor into another 5 spacious apartments.  During the pandemic we were approached by Devon Air Ambulance Trust who have taken the entire ground floor as their Torbay hub. An extremely worthy entity and not a bad tenant to boot!
